Is Pinecone Research a Scam? Anyone.. can you help me out?

There are no Pinecone Research scams reported so far. The company is legit.
Right now registration with Pinecone Research is closed. To make a decent amount of money by doing paid online surveys you must join a bunch of survey companies. Check out this site: http://www.okaysurveys.com to find out the top 5 surveys panels based on the payout.
Pinecone Research is a legitimate scam-free paid survey company. There is no fee involved to join but they recruit only a few times a year (remember the golden rule: if they ask you money to join it’s a scam). This is real sad considering Pinecone Research is one of the best market research company.
The payment you get for completing a survey with them is anywhere from $3 to $12 but you will also get a free product which you need to test prior to completing the online survey. Payment is made by PayPal in 3 days after you make a withdrawal request.

The company is legit, but there are some scams that are coming through emails that look like they are with pinecone, but are not. I just received an email from devon at pineconeresearch.com with the subject ‘business evaluation survey’. it had pinecone’s icon at the bottom of the email and everything.. very real looking. i decided to go to pinecone’s website to check it out before replying with my info that the survey was requesting.. and sure enough found out it was not from pinecone at all. all of their’s will come from scott at pineconeresearch.com, and they specifically mentioned in an alert on their site that the business eval survey was not from them. So as with any email, just be careful. Pinecone itself however, is a great survey site, if you’re lucky enough to get in when they’re recruiting.
